Celtic striker Georgios Samaras set to clinch new four-year deal at Parkhead - The Daily Record

 

Big risk as Samaras is the most hot and cold player I've ever seen. But hopefully Lenny can get the best out of him, he's still quite youngish and at his best is some player.

 

If he signs I'm delighted for him and Celtic. He's a great asset to have for Lennon's mission.

4-year deal is a bit much I think. I'm sure he will be back to his normal inconsistent spell after this.

 

Actually it's good business as he's not so bad and Celtic may make more from selling him a couple of seasons down the road. :50:

Always liked him, I critisize him like * sometimes when he looks lazy and lackadazical but only because I know he can be good. Here's hoping we get his best years out of him.

 

Good business. It is similar to getting him on a free transfer. Worse case scenario we can sell him on and get a fee. Hopefully though he will up his game and we will want to keep him. He obviously wants to stay or he would already have signed a pre-contract agreement with another club.

Sammy aint an out an out striker- if he gets a decent run he is a 15 goaler with a decent few assists-I for one welcome this news as the * that lad took after the Scottish Cup semi when the bus got back to CP was way out of order!!!
I even sent a letter to NL basically telling him to get Sammy's 'chin up' AFTER IHAD VIEWED THE YOU TUBE CLIPS FROM THAT DAY!!!! Maybe he got my letter and it fired him up or maybe my letter was fired right in the bin!!! LOL!!!
