As well can all testify to Celtic Park, and away games involving Celtic, at their very loudest and more passionate are unlike most atmospheres in the world. It is something that gives us all tremendous pride and some respect from all four corners of the globe. My recent personal favourites including 3-0 against the (ex) huns in February 2011, the Shakhtar Donetsk game and obviously the title clincher at Rugby Park recently.
However, there have surely been atmospheres for games, for all of us, that underwhelmed or perhaps didn't live up to expectation. For example, altho I thought the pre-match and 1st half was very enjoyable in the last ever Glasgow Derby match in April, I found the 2nd half disappointing and considering what a monumental game it was then it was on my mind afterwards. Incredible banner aside. Also the 2007 Scottish Cup Final under Gordon Strachan was brutal both on the park and off the park.

The last game of the season last season. Throughout the whole game the atmosphere was horrendous; games where we've been losing had a better atmosphere than that. Even when we lifted the trophy the atmosphere was pish.
-
But aye, that game against Dunfermline 2007 was * brutal - made it even worse it took a late goal from Doumbe to win - and Strachan subbed Lennon on his last game very early :38: -

Any match at Hampden is going to be *, as for atmosphere it is a disgrace.

I thought we struggled to get a good atmosphere going in the Man Utd game where Nakamura scored. We were outsung for long spells, which I put down to nervousness from the crowd and a really poor first half performance.
Second half way a lot better right enough then when we scored it was crazy. -

Compared to the 1-0 Dec game, I thought the April game was a bit... meh! I was expecting the best atmosphere I had ever experienced inside Paradise, with it being the last game against the Old Orcs ever!
Last game of the season was *, as well. Even when Broony lifted the trophy it still seemed a bit flat! -
I was disappointed with the last 15-20 minutes of the last OF game that was it, thought it was a real opportunity for us to do them 5 or 6 but the game went flat and so did the crowd.
Trophy day was flat but the weather was horrendous and the fact most of the celebrating had been done at Rugby Park took the sting out of it a bit. -
* was that * opera singer about on the last game of the season.
Cringey as * :52::52::52:
Although the black quartet singing the Temptations songs (I think) before kick-off were good. -

The final game against Oldclub was disappointing for a spell in the second half, but when you think about it, we had been celebrating non stop for weeks by then (title was officially won on 7th April, final game against Rangers took place 22 days later) and a lot of our supporters were probably * exhausted by that point.
On the other hand, they had nothing to celebrate for months and were just singing for the sake of singing towards the end of the game. They were heading for liquidation, whilst being slaughtered at the home of their great rivals in the last ever derby match between us and only really had one option; hold their heads high and attempt to back the team a little.
I also agree that the final day of the season (trophy presentation day) was a bit flat too. We were cruising throughout the whole game, yet there was only one or two major outbursts of song from our support throughout. Again, I would put it down to us simply overdoing ourselves in terms of celebrating and having little left in the tank. -
Must admit that the entire arrangement of the title presentations with the naming of every single one of the players first and second name, opera singer, timing, song choice of the PR system etc was very poorly done. It should be a lot more professional and perhaps they tried to do too much. The atmosphere was also a little flat but I think a factor was the fact we knew we had won the league since February and had clinched it 5 games earlier.

Our support doesn't seem to have a good atmosphere at Hampden, but whenever I'm at a big Scotland game at Hampden the atmosphere is phenomenal and matches anything I've heard in any other ground.
Although I'm sure if Scotland were to play at Parkhead it wouldn't have the same effect as Scotland at Hampden, just the way it works out for some reason. -
I thought the atmosphere was quite good for the 2 Cup Semi Finals and Scottish Cup Final in Lenny's first season (2010/2011). Not so much this season against Falkirk, Kille and Hearts last season...
