EDIT: Turns out the matches where referees were bribed were in the domestic season. Unless the pending investigations show more evidence, it's unlikely any action will be taken against their two European victories.
After match-fixing allegations, Porto have been found guilty of bribing referees in the 2003-2004 season and stripped of their place in next year's Champions League.
This may lead to them forfeiting the Champions League title to runners-up AC Monaco, and possibly losing the 2002-2003 UEFA Cup to Celtic.
They could also lose their previous league championship titles following more investigations.

they've been done with bribing referees in two domestic games the season after seville, doubt it'll have any impact on that game and whether they're stripped of the trophy

They haven't officially been stripped of the Champions League from 2004 yet... but they've been proven to have bribed a referee in it so it's only a matter of time- and further investigations are underway.

If Porto get thrown out and stripped of the UEFA Cu title then the team they knocked out should surely also have a shout at missing out a chance at the final so I'd guess we wouldn't get the UEFA title although I would take it in a flash - we all knew they were cheating us that night! :D
