Its now indicated that we will not be given the opportunity to get put into the English Football League as they are accommodating English National League Clubs for the new Five tier Footballing system which is introducing a League 3.

Are you happy to remain in Scotland since the speculation of us ever going into the English set-up is that you can make an argument is over?
Or, would you like to see us push for the formation of the Atlantic League?

Below is the link to all proposals. It started with the Dutch, PSV in fact because of "Fearing that their club would be left behind in terms of financial revenue and ability to attract star players relative to those that play in the largest European national leagues".
I think majority of us would agree that the CEO of PSV is correct in his speculation.
Talks over the years have been represented by these Clubs as follows:
Celtic
Ajax
Benfica
Sporting C.P.
Porto
Feyenoord
Oldco/Huns/Scum/Rangers
PSV
Anderlecht
Brugge
Göteborg
AIK
Brøndby
Copenhagen
Would you rather be open minded to going away to Ajax in a League game than Aberdeen? Its obviously has bigger affluence.

how can they gie us a knockback when we didnae even make a request :97:
Not interested in their lower leagues, if a European League is ever going to happen then that is where we should be trying for. Good for other teams in Scotland and good for Celtic.. -

Not interested in England or an Atlantic League. Would rather go and play in the League of Ireland than play in England, at least we'd be closer to our roots there.

cant we just use one of the other 5-10 threads about this lala land idea......never going to happen...scotland is leaving the uk and will kill this idea dead for ever.

Whole thing is * TBH.
Stay in Scotland = get left behind
Move to England = water down our identity
Atlantic league = end of away support as we know it
European league is worst option of all. There would be several tiers and barriers (because it would be designed by the clubs that currently have the most power and they would arrange it so as to protect their position), so we would still be left behind and we would have to water down our identity and it would be the end of the away support as we know it. Sounds ghastly TBH. -
