(Source) Celtic back in for Fletcher
Says in evening Times we could make a deadline swoop for Hibs Stephen Fletcher.
Think he would be a good signing.

We could make a deadline swoop for anybody
what a load of lazy tabloid pish :56: -
Good player, just lacks end product. Same as McGeady, if we could get the best out of these players, we'd have a cracking team.

£3 million? Absolutely no chance. If he was more prolific then maybe but he's at his level the now so i say if that's the money they want then keep him. And so will Peter Lawwell i believe.
Anyway, if we were goanny bring in a striker i'd like it to be a big target man type like JVOH. If he gets injured again we'll be left wae Sammy and Skippy ahich as we already know didn't work to well. -

£3 mil could be easily better spent elsewhere. -
I would totally agree, think 3mill for him is a bit much and we should be loking for a target man. Big Jan is great when fit, but is often on the treatment table so we need someone who could come in and do a job. Still hoping for a LB though. -

3 million :bbpd:
Never in a million years.
Ched Evans for 1.2 mil will do me fine :50: -
I'd like to see how we could spend 3m elsewhere PLUS about 14k a week wages that Fletcher would command?
We need to take chances on players that could be the next Scott McDonalds or Scott Browns as we can't compete for most players outside of Scotland. -

i think he could be a top player with good player round about him better than samaras and great replacemant for jvoh and mcdonald
-
He won't score the same amount of goals as Samaras or McDonald and he's nowhere near as good a lead striker as Hesselink, his goalscoring record is poor.
