Potentially a bit premature with this thread but I feel the writing is on the wall for Lennon.
The performances and results this season have been absolutely shocking. It’s time to make a change and try save our season.
Lennon’s biggest downfall has been his inability to pick a system that suits our players and get them playing a consistent style of football. I feel this is a huge requirement for any manager coming in; that they have a clear philosophy and style of play that our squad will buy into.
Another Rodgers type appointment is what’s needed. Someone who will automatically command respect and transform the whole club on and off the pitch.
With that said, there’s no obvious names that spring to mind right now. Would be good to hear some suggestions on who the Board could potentially target if Lennon goes?

Had a look on who Paddy Power have listed. Eddie Howe at 11/10 and then after that it’s extremely grim reading to be honest. We need to make a change though.
I think it either has to be Howe or someone outside the box. Someone like Ralf Rangnick could completely overhaul things. -

Not sure who, but someone who is allowed to bring his own back room staff. Someone who understands the basic set ups and fitness levels of modern football and adapt to on the field situations. Utilise a very talented squad without the need for baffling interviews to the media.

Owen Coyle, Mick McCarthy, Paul Lambert.

There’s plenty of options.
I would go all out for Rangnick even if it means him only being the manager to the end of the season and taking over as DOF after that. -

Agree that whoever comes in should be allowed to bring their own back room staff.
Not sure if he would be leave the Belgium set up or take on a dual role but Maloney would be an excellent addition to any new coaching set up.limezer likes this. -

It will undoubtedly be someone out of contract. The likes of an Eddie Howe.
A more left-field, probably unrealistic option that's out a job is Leonardo Jardim.
We don't have the likes of Mbappe, Lemar or Fabinho but it's all relative in terms of our opposition.
The aggressive, high-pressing, 4-4-2 he employed at Monaco and Olympiakos could arguably work with our personnel - Broony would definitely have to sit out though.

Whoever manages Salzburg or whoever could potentially be in charge in the next 10 years of them that’s the level we should currently be at
