Realistically, I’d be happy with Boyle, Porteous and Forster back. I know Forster made a * of things in the summer but I’d take deffo him back if it was possible. Can’t see us spending big so they 3 should be within budget. I really like Porteous’ attitude and he’s not afraid to get stuck in, not the finished article but will only improve.

Need a right winger as a priority.
-
GK, RW/LW, CB and maybe RB if Elhamed leaves.
-
I would happily sell Edouard, Ntcham and Elhamed. The latter due to the family issues.
Is Duffy returning to Brighton as well ?
Need at least one centre half, winger and a striker. Griffiths is not going to be starting anytime soon. We need to sign players desperate to win something, with a bit of dig in them.
New manager would be nice as well. -

There will definitely be out goings...I expect Édouard,Christie, Nitcham, Elhamed away in January.
And I honestly think that may benefit the team rather than hinder it.littlekennie, johnboy19 and Peej like this. -
A new CEO, head coach, coaches and DOF.
Wouldn't trust any of the current lot with any new signings. Also counter productive as PL is away and most likely NL and CO. Makes no sense for the future. -

I wouldn't take Boyle.
Not at all.
I'd take porteous for sure, but he would need a manager that is willing to educate and develop him
Football careers are every bit about an education in the game as it is any other career choice.
With his age and inexperience, I would not trust the current setup to know how to develop the lad beyond what he is now - which is steps below the level we need.
But I'd certainly take him with knowledge that another coach comes in as well (and an entire better setup).
Elhamed will be out and will need replaced, frimpong is again in desperate need of being coached as well.
If edouard leaves, a new striker.
CB, RB, ST.
Wouldn't bother with a keeper.
It's clear as * Barkas is better than he has shown so far, and we are all in a vast agreement that the coaching here is woeful and not helping, so let's not keep throwing money away at new players and making a loss on them, when an entirely new coaching setup is needed and would benefit many players.
Hazard needs to be seen as a number 2 now as well, with a new coach we could sell Bain on now in knowledge that players are being taught to be better and educated in their roles.
Think that would be more than fine for January, a CB for sure and a striker and right back if those leave.
Christie and ntcham can both be sold to finance a quality CB and coaches. The squad wouldn't be any worse off for that, if anything in a better place knowing Turnbull can take over and soro in the middle.

It really depends who's leaving but need a goalkeeper ,right back ,centre half , right winger , any players that leave some of the money invested in the team .

I would like to see a new GK, CB and RB come in however, they have to be decent and not make weights. I wouldn't mind dipping into our own League for another Turnbull type find and his ex Well team mate Declan Gallagher might do a job for us.

We’re not gonna move forward as a club until we sort out the management team and board structure.
No point making any new signings until we do that.
