If Epl managers agree with you then he'll not be going anywhere will he?

Think it might be best for him to go now.
Wouldn't let him go on the cheap tho. -
Aye:52:
-
Yip today he was abit unlucky but some of his shot were poor he cant make the keeper work, needs to move on for his own benifit
-
aye.want wingers that can cross a ball.most of his runs end up with him losing the ball or runnin it out of play
-
he needs to prove himself, i think we need to sell players like him to progress as a club, hink mcgeady takes us 4 granted in the sense that he's guarenteed a game every week
-
to be honest he is vastly overrated and lives off his choice to play for ireland. He is average - decent skill but same trick and decent pace. other than that his end product doesnt exist and his shooting in particular is woeful. Good managers know when to sell players, peter taylor done it with brian clough - was able to get decent price before it lowered. We shouldnt make the same mistake as we did with boruc - sell him soon whilst the price is high
-
Why the * keep making these threads, why the * do celtic even have a football team, Boruc should go Mcgeady should go, hes not good enough Samaras should go, what is the * point, if rooney has a bad game or is in a bad run of form i dont see united fans saying get him to * hes not good enough? Why because they know what hes capable of, Mcgeady is a good player, hes been carrying this team for alot of the season and now when hes gone off the boil a bit he should go? Who do we replace him with? If people say its not that hard to replace him then where is the new guy who can deliver what he can? Kamara isnt him anyway, id rather have mcgeady that not, why sell one of our best players, id rather have him right now off form than many other players, i get fustrated with him as well but i dont want him to go

Which player who didn't start today would you pick before McGeady?
-
Well, he's here for the next four months at least so it's a bit of a fruitless discussion but aye, I think he should move on.
He's not progressed as much as a player his age who's been playing in the first team for so many seasons has and I think it's best for all concerned if he moves on in the summer. I think with the system we played today, three advanced midfielders behind a striker, we wouldn't miss him if players like McGowan, Ki, Maloney, Fortune and Samaras step up to the plate.
McGeady's had a dreadful couple of months on the park, hopefully he can find a bit of form between now and the end of the season. -

i don't think he would be hard to replace to be honest 45min from mcourt would produce more of a threat, and the other 45min maloney, could use Sheridan also in there, one twos are better than 1 2 3s and then nothing and for cheep replacements would add

I like McGeady but he becomes more and more frustrating each time I see him, plus he hasn't improved like I'd imagine most of us thought he would, still has the same tricks and poor end product he's had for the past 3 or 4 years.
I think nows maybe the time to sell him on. -
The frustrating thing people often point to is his decision making , but I think it boils down to lack of awareness.. The crowd seemed to get on his back for trying a pass through the middle of the pitch that wasn't even on midway through the first half when Braffheid was bursting a gut to offer the overlap down the left side.. Im not sure if it's case of Mcgeady playing too often with the head down , but releasing the ball at the right time should have been something he'd have almost mastered by now..

In terms of dribbling there are few better. But his final ball is dodgy and his awareness isn't great.
McGowan linked well with Keane today and I'm sure Maloney would link well too. Maybe it is time for him to go.
Saying that, he is still one of the most entertaining players to watch on his day. -

how bout we sell brown, hes the same age and is even less impressive than mcgeady, an now hes out skipper ffs
thing on top of that itll be forgotten that he was born in glasgow when he leaves, he'll be treated as the mick who was a mistake to sell
