Daily record says that Hull are preparing a bid but us and the Huns are interested.
Says Hull value him at £400k and both us and the Huns would need to sell left backs before making a move for him.
Scratching my head what left backs we need to sell before bidding considering we have one.
He'd be a good back up to Tierney imo.

Scotland new boy Greg Taylor is wanted by Hull City.
The Championship outfit are long-term admirers of the Kilmarnock left-back, who won his first cap in the midweek defeat to Belgium on Tuesday evening.
Tigers’ head of recruitment Lee Darnbrough is a big fan of the defender and has travelled north regularly to watch the 21-year-old last season.
Hull are currently looking for a new manager after Nigel Adkins decided to step down, although that won’t stop them from firming up their interest.
Darnbrough is key to any transfer activity on Humberside. The problem will come down to Kilmarnock’s valuation.
Hull value Taylor around the £400,000 but Killie know their player’s value is growing by the day and much will depend on whether Steve Clarke’s successor, who has still to be appointed, wants to sell one of his biggest assets.
Celtic and Rangers are interested in the young Scot but they would both need to move left-backs on before they were to come into the equation.
Hull are trying to get their books balanced after over-spending in the Premiership but are prepared to pay fees for young talent who they feel they can develop and eventually sell-on, like they did when they bought Andy Robertson from Dundee United and moved him on to Liverpool £8m -
Would take him in a heartbeat as back up to Tierney, can’t see it happening though

Played very well in his step up to the national side against the best national team in the world. Would definitely take a punt on him at that price as back up to KT
-
Would be great back up to KT, 100% take him.
However it would be a bad move on his part, hes a promising player and doesn't deserve to be on a bench. -

At a celtic point of view it would be ideal to have back up players that can come in and do a job in very position, instead of players at the end of there contract or wingers having to play lb/rb
I just feel lb's do not want to sign for us knowing they are challenging one of the most promising players in the world , we had to bring a player that had previously been here back to cover him in Izzy...Hammy89 likes this. -
Yes from me , realistically we have to start looking for tierneys replacement as if he has another good season i think he might be away after this one , bring taylor in and let him play 15-20 games or so , think we would see kierin back to his best with a little competition and the chance of the odd rest

* dat, he must've had some fkn 2nd half as he was absolute pish in 1st.
* he was doing taking a fit on the ball and DeBryune took it from him and should've buried it.
If we end up with both Killie full backs them heaven help us. -

Decent backup.

Better option than playing Izzy and/or Hayes at LB.

It's a yes from me. As back up I see no reason why not especially given his age.martin_d and Whoflungdung like this. -

Sell a left back!!!!
Calvin miller - not good enough
Johnny Hayes - left winger
KT - undisputed numero uno! -
Is he happy knowing he will be number two here? He seems the reliable sort, nothing flashy, which is ideal for what we need, but he will surely want to be first choice?
400k seems brilliant value too. -
Good backup for KT and would get plenty games as we can't be running tierney into the ground like we have past few seasons. Lads also got potential to be number 1 left back a couple years down the line if and when KT leaves.

Can he play right back ?
