sorry if posted in wrong place
just wondering if anyone else seen the ugly scenes towards the end of the game today??
from where i was sitting it looked like fans were running down stairs to confront the police
hopefully not the case as that type of behaviour is more appropiate accross in Govan

i was at the opposite end of the park, had a clear view and tbh i thought they were trying to stop people leaving early, because that bugs me
-
I hate it seeing the stadium with half the people in that was there at thje start.
Why do these people leave, do they realise how bad it looks? -
From what i heard , a guy (Boroussia Dortmund fan) was being chucked down the flight of stairs by the hun stewards at 111 which is absolutely shocking. Then everyone ran down the stairs and confronted the stewards and blocked the exit so that the guy couldnt get chucked out.
Fair play to the green brigade , i don't normally agree with them but well done for sticking up for the german guy. Hopefully the stewards are given a right good kicking next home game. -
some of the stewards are a joke tbh,Ive seen some people get kicked out of celtic park for nothing.

Stewards are a bunch of *:38:
They are going to start a * riot at one of these games, they are really on thin ice here not just with the hardcore groups but with the mormal fans too. -

Every week we hear new stories about the ridiculous stewards. Something needs to be done :38: -

no need for that they are people put in a job with certain requirements and have to meet them to continue having a job. Therefore it must be hard enough as it is without people encouraging violence. The green brigade or whoever should meet with the club to discuss the issue and not resort to violence. After all us celtic fans criticised rangers for manchester etcLast edited by a moderator: Mar 27, 2010 -
Sorry that might have been a bit OTT. But im * angry at these *. The way they treated that guest to our club. A German guy who made the effort to travel all the way over here just to see a game and he is treated like that. Shocking.
-
you are correct they, if true, have acted out of line and hopefully will be dealt with accordingly
-
This seems to be a weekly occurance..surely its about time Celtic took a stance and made a report on these issues.
-
theres a post every week just about cos the stewards........obv they have rules to follow but the don't have to act like hitlers

I was sitting in area 113 , lisbon lion stand so i had quite a clear view , during the game someone got chucked out , he was sitting up the green brigade but he ran back up only to be brought down again , and then at the end a lot of the green brigade were down at one of the entrances argueing with the police and stewards.

Stuff like this is happening in grounds up and down the uk. Power hungry stewards who clearly get bored during the game and want something to do and we cant forget the pc brigade!
Going to a match isnt what it used to be or should be. -
