Looks half decent as a prospect but honestly, no idea why a prospect would come to us? Just look how * we treat our own prospects. Flung out against Sunday league teams and don't get a sniff of the first team.
This boy not a first team player so can't see it happening.
Edit: These are the type of players we should be in for. Buying a few of them and sticking them out on loan. Sure you will lose on a few but when you hit on one it's worth it. We don't do that which is why I can't see it happening.Big Shoes, The_Bhoy and Leone Naka Fan like this. -
Last striker we signed from Fulham as a free agent was Dembele. I believe he was BR's first Celtic transfer.
Just saying.:BR1:saltire78, LectersLuncheon, Bangarangura and 1 other person like this. -

Mind Dembele had a full season playing for Fulham first team tho.
Like I said not against this type of signing if it's managed properly. We may get better but historically we have been poor.The_Bhoy likes this. -

Celtic are closing in on a deal to sign promising Fulham striker Callum Osmand as Brendan Rodgers looks to bolster his attacking options ahead of the new season, Celtsarehere understands.
The 19-year-old Welshman has been on the radar of the Parkhead scouting team for over a year, with the youngster catching the eye during multiple scouting missions. Celtsarehere understands a medical was scheduled for Osmand last week, signalling significant progress towards completing the move.
Osmand enjoyed a strong campaign with Fulham’s Premier League 2 side last season, netting 10 goals and providing four assists across 17 appearances. He also featured in the EFL Trophy, scoring once in three outings, including a goal against Shrewsbury.
With his contract at Craven Cottage set to expire, Celtic would only need to pay a training compensation fee for the striker, making the move a low-risk investment in a player with clear potential. Osmand has previously featured at youth international level for Wales and is now poised to challenge for a spot in the senior Celtic side.
Our sources indicate Osmand is being lined up as a first-team signing, not just one for the B team. Brendan Rodgers is believed to be a firm admirer of the player’s attributes and sees him as someone who can immediately compete for minutes.
His arrival would add more depth to the forward line. Adam Idah is Celtic’s only recognised first-team out-and-out striker. Daizen Maeda played as a striker with some distinction during periods of last season, but the Celtic manager does prefer him on the wing. A potential loan exit could be back on the cards for Johnny Kenny, with Osmand’s addition likely to push him further down the pecking order.
Celtic’s recruitment team have been active early in the window and Osmand represents a move in line with Rodgers’ desire to bring in young talent with room to grow. The striker will be keen to make his mark if the deal is finalised, and it’s a clear signal of Celtic planning ahead. -
Seems to be rated highly by Fulham fans.

Looking to pull off a Dembele here. Would take that kind of success again to be honest. No issue with this.
Need to start our business early. Been scouted a while, and now we're moving in. Lets hope there's other business to be done soon.
Cant be arsed writing about how slow we are etc etc early late July early August. -
Would signal the end of Kenny surely?
I like the look of Kenny, but we can all admit we need more up front.
Maeda, Idah, Osman may be the three options, age and experience wise, all should be able to get adequate game time. -

Seemed like it came out of nowhere… hopefully there’s a few in the pipeline waiting to be completed early.
Decent enough scoring record at a club that’s produced some good talent over the last few years… happy enough with that. -
Quite like the sound and look of this. The goals in the cup game above show some good attacking instincts and a nice turn of pace particularly for the 2nd goal.
I think it is a market we should target as there are a lot of talented players stuck below the huge squads the teams down there carry.neilly1987 likes this.
