Hinkel Caldwell Looves +Decent LB
Then we should be fine defensively in the SPL -
after last season .......it has to get better, sort out that zonal *, taxi for naylor and hopefully wont concede as many :50:

i think tony's defensive system will be a bit more in your face than WGS's mark a patch of turf...big mogga was never scared of puttin the boot in and i think he will encourage his central defenders to make their presence felt.

I am looking forward to a change in direction, in terms of the teams play. I don't think we will play good and lose, as he has seen the OF in action and knows what they require to win and he will have learned from Hibs that good football doesn't always win.
If you look at his final West Brom side he did bring in some more physical bodies. -
Yeh i agree with whats been said. I think he'll sort the whole team out well. Also think Mowbray is going to prove alot of people wrong and become a very good manager for us.:icon_mrgreen:

I also believe he's coming to a Celtic side that already has good defensive players barring the fabled left back problem. Boruc, Hinkel, Loovens and Caldwell is a solid foundation if you get them all playing well together. -

People are acting as if Mowbray is brain damaged, he knows we need a good defence and im sure he will sort it.

souldnt be to hard to sort the defence,we hav had the least conceaded goals per season for a good few year now,but has seemed more exposed since lennbo hung up his boots,sort out a good left back,and a good sitting mid like lennon,most want to go back to man for man at the back but if people know wot they are supposed to be doing then it shouldnt be a prob.
