What are your thoughts about how he played today? I thought he was great and should replace Brown immediately.

Thought he was fantastic considering the size of the game and the fact he's played one game since May. His passing and composure put Brown to shame
-
Agreed about Brown part. He had a good debut, one of the few players in hooped shirt who actually created some chances and contributed something. He looks promising already, looking forward to see him at Celtic.
-
thought he was decent although still worried as to why he wasn't good enough for charlton.
-
he did well today. we'l see if he can keep it up
-
I thought he looked great. A baptism of fire and in so far as I could see (when I could bear to look ) he never put a pass wrong. If we had won that game we would all have been hailing TM's stroke of genius for puting on a player that the huns had absolutely no clue how to deal with. The guy doesn't look like a bottler and isn't he tall for a chinese? I have a feeling he's a better buy than some of us first thought. But heyho I said that about Broonie so what do I know
-
Yeah, thought he was excellent, also thought we lost it when he went off and it really helped them as mendes was constantly watchin zhi which gave us 1 less person to deal with.
-
Didn't look out of place at all for a debutant at Ibrox. Kept us in the game in the first half with the way he was exploiting space and winning the penalty. Looks like a tidy wee player and I think he'll do well when he settles in.
-
What evidence is there to suggest that he wasn't good enough for Charlton?
-
You shouldnt be because he rejected a new contract from charlton and told them he wasnt playing in leagur 1. He had a great debut, and shouldnt only get better when match fit. Looks like he will also score a few from midfield the way he drives forward and likes to take his man on, something our £4.4 million man should be doing, and he looks very composed and a good footballer, so cant complain too much. -

Great debut, he looks like he's gonna be a welcome addition to the team.
-
He's strong, showed great composure, excellent work rate, he reads the game well and he won us the penalty. Brilliant prospect and the only consolation out of a crap result.
-
id like to see this midfield

Bye bye Brown:bbpd: Was pretty non existent again today and i know he has an ankle injury so if this is the case he should be left out to rest because ZZ was very good today and is a more than able replacement. One of the best OF debuts in a while.
-
He looks a great signing was really impressed by him, didn't seem to make the usual mistakes alot of the other are guilty of.
-
Not bad for his first game either was very impressed with him probably one of are better players today and I'm sure there is more to come from him.

Like a few folk have said he was good enough for Charlton, he rejected a new contract there. I thought he was great, especially as I feared the worst for him when I saw the team sheet. To be honest I thought he did better than Naka ever did at Ibrox, was always willing to get the ball and move it on and did well to win the pen.
Agree with lynchy88 too that I thought we lost our hold of the game at the end when he went off. Thought it left us too light in the middle. Hopefully more good things to come from him.<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_1278725", true); </SCRIPT>
