    Can now recognise goldfinches by ear great * and robin's, black bird's are harder cause they sing a varied song, also recognise oyster catchers and geese and the small thrush it's noisy for such a wee thing, although a lot is visual I'm mostly guided by the sound of bird's now but the wee thing's fly away just as I'm about to click :56:

    It's a buzzard. I'm finding it difficult to get good shots as they're nervous and see you coming a mile away. I have better shots but I can't load them up just now my laptop blew :48: there's a whole load of them here but they often pose high on the hilltops with the sun behind them.
