There is hope for Yang. His confidence is growing, he has quick feet, and the physique to go with it.

 

I said last week I thought his time was up, had given him as much chance as possible.

Who knows, definitely seemed to provide an option tonight. Credit to him.

Definitely doing good in training I think as Rodgers seems to be persistent with him. Tonight he repaid Brendys faith

 

Huge for him to come on ahead of Forrest. Brilliant cameo and it’s what we want to see from him. Needs to keep it consistent but delighted for him tonight!

 

He's always been better coming off the bench.

 

Fair play to him, probably raised a few eyebrows when he came on but he was brilliant.

You can see what he’s good at, just getting on the ball and running at players using his skill. I like him, he just needs to perform at every chance and be consistent.

 

Rodgers clearly sees something in him so I'll be over the moon if he proves me wrong and becomes a good player. Did well tonight.

Delighted for him, had faith in him from the start when he's had abuse from all corners. Clearly being coached to be part of a team instead of trying to do it himself and is finally starting to click.

Big big talent, rooting for him to build on it over the season. Superb!

 

Maybe no a surprise he was rinsing a side who weren't 10 men behind the ball..

 

Good call to bring him on, will boost his confidence, not sure if he will make it here but he can look like he will at times, good showing tonight

I shat it when he came on but he was brilliant.

 

Palma looks written off and with Forrest winding down, it's the perfect opportunity for him to stake a claim. Still think we'll buy a LW in January but hope he takes his chances.
