Hopefully gets more cameo appearances and being out the firing line was probably good for him, is a lot to ask to go from K-League to a physical league where you have to win.

Hopefully last two games spells the end of Forrest and Johnston, their time has gone.

 

Positive showing but still needs to add end product.

 

Was excellent when he came on, really hope that's him ahead of Forrest in the pecking order permanently.

 

I think Yang needs a goal, it’s clear he has real ability on the ball but more needs to come of it. He did put a couple of good balls in and had a couple of decent efforts but see the one he gets to the byline and hits the first man with his cross he has to pick someone out there.

With his dribbling skills he could do worse than mainly go by his man get to the byline and pull it back at least until he builds up some consistency in his end product and use the cutting inside as a surprise option.

 

It's end product that's lacking just now for sure. He has all the attributes, a bit like Oh in his position, but is a full season at a high level away from taking it to the next level.

I have a good feeling about Yang. Hope he gets regular game time this year because I think he could develop into an excellent winger.

 

From what I've seen, he could do a job cutting in and making a wee short pass or layoff to Kyogo or whoever. Not a proper winger but not useless.

 

Thought he was a bright spark first half. Felt bad for him in the 2nd half, noone was passing to him on the right wing!

 

Decent again today. I think he's quite brave tbh, he takes a few heavy whacks and keeps coming back for more.

 

He’s definitely a great option against packed defences, very quick and direct. Hopefully keeps getting more gametime.

 

Fine performance. Pleased for him. More chances there for him in the future

 

Definitely better suited on the left wing. Perfect option to have come off the bench for palma in bigger games and to rotate with in games like this

 

Looked threatening today and worked his * off. Promising signs.

 

Very good work rate. I think he will get better as the season goes on. Decent game today.

 

At least he should be a good option off the bench in games where we need someone to take people on and create space.

Fair play to him he had looked out of form but has stood up against St Mirren and Ross County today. A goal would do him the world of good.

 

His best 45 min so far. Sometimes he has flattered to decieve, today there is a creative end product being provided... and first goal as well.

 

He’s putting together a couple of excellent performances now. Needs to take that into Europe with Maeda out.

Excellent in that first half. Ran that boy ragged and a few good deliveries.

 

He was absolutely fantastic together, absolutely terrorised the Aberdeen defence.
