I think Yang was the worst of the 4. Idah and Maeda as much as they were wasteful, were actually a danger. Yang, other than one or two decent balls, wasn't much of a threat.

Forrest was head and shooders above.

I like what Yang CAN offer. He doesn't do it nearly enough.

 

Crazy to think he could reach 100 games for us this season.

Yep, this sums it up. He may have heart but he hasn’t the ability to even attempt to compete properly at this level on at least 7 occasions out of every 10. His appearance in the Cup Final should’ve finished him, IMO.

 

You’d be more respected if you admitted you got it wrong but, alas, you can’t - hence the Boyd comparison.

 

I'd say it's the opposite, he does have good ability on the ball but he doesn't play with any confidence or take the risk to do anything.

He came onto a decent game the 2nd half of last season but outside that he rarely ever tried to hit a shot or put a ball in the box, same today just dribbling and running with the ball only to lay it off and move out the way.

To be a wide player for Celtic you need to be willing to make a * of yourself, Commons, Christie, Sinclair, Forrest, Jota, and whoever always shot and put balls in, Kuhn also I think was like Yang when he first joined where he looked scared to his a shot but he quickly became a bit greedier and started doing more.

 

I don’t know man, I think if he had the ability he’d know it and the confidence would follow naturally. I think he lacks both, unfortunately.
