Strongly disagree. He had a couple of decent games and a lot of his usual *. He's played over 50 games for us and not shown it consistently at all. Good luck to him but he's nowhere near good enough for us and folk are kidding themselves on if they think he is.

I've consistently talked up Yang throughout last season, and he has shown promise, developement, and added goals to his locker, including two fine headed goals in the one game too, in case you haven't been paying attention.

He also has the physique and trickery to make it with us, and we are also a bit short of decent wingers at the moment, Jota long term injured, Forrest getting on in years, and Kuhn might leave too.
If you want to sell Yang for chocolate buttons, that's your outlook, but I want to keep him and see how he developes.

Consistently inconsistent… if we can turn a profit on him it’s a no brainer.

Need to get a move on with bringing wingers in now though, if Kuhn leaves we’re very short.

Legia paid €2.5m for a player last season and had a decent run in the conference this year. I would take that sort of fee with a healthy sell on. Gets us our money back and it’s another of the class of 23 moved on.

We spent about £18.5m on dross that summer if we can get a decent chunk of that back from selling Lagerbielke, Palma, Yang, Kwon and Tilio we should just trying get what we can back for them. Nawrocki is the one I would look to loan out as I think he could increase his value by showing he is a decent defender.

 

If we can get back what we paid for him then I think that’s fair.

Don’t think he has what it takes to be consistent at all. If we can move him on we should.

 

2-3 million would be ok, we all know Yang is never going to make it here but we can't fault his attitude, commitment & availability when relied upon.

 

Enquiry from Legia is regarding a loan, not a purchase. If we go down that route, I’d expect him to go down south instead.

He's a decent player but not at the level required for Celtic.. far far too inconsistent..
