Both of them like to hold in the midfeild so they wont be supporting the strikers or even pushing that far foward over the half way line at least brown might make a drive foward once every so often & is more than capable of getting foward

A would start him and go for the jugular from the first whistle, it might surprise them and put them on the back foot....then you never no we might get the away goal we need we've got nothin to loose ....if it doesn't work then at least we ave had a good go at it.:50::50:

I agree and i did think about this but i feel we need to be as secure as possible because another goal would be too big an ask,no need to be too gung-ho too early.

i dont think playing brown would be gung ho as i feel he is a better ball winner than crosas & with nguemo holding he would be covered to get himself more advanced & with his engine he will get back when needed.
to me would be going with shifty917 4-3-3 with mcgeady & maloney in a central midfeild role is gung ho not playing a box to box midfeilder

yes i never thought you meant 3 man midfeild but if i was going with a 3 then i understand playing crosas & ngeumo but i think if maloney & mcgeady play it needs to be a 4-4-2 as they arent great going backwards but even in a 3 i would still play brown as he is our best central midfeilder

Theres some crossed wires here i would have N'Guemo Crosas central with McGeady Maloney wide. I thought you said you'd go 4-3-3, anyway its all good lets hope whoever he goes with they get the job done.

no it was hard enuf with the semi match fit players we used ,so why put in a p[layer who is behind them in terms of match fittness.

I'd play him, we do of course risk him picking up another injury. But of all the players we have at the club, he is the most likely to get up and support the strikers

we really need brown in this game. if we dont play him i think we will regret it as we need his drive and determination in such an important match.
