    Was in Bathgate last Friday place had an Iceland, aldis, lidls, 2 bookies and 3 poundshops and that was about it grim place made falkirk look decent.

    Falkirk isn't that bad really. The worst parts are nowhere near as bad, aesthetically at least, as most large towns. Shopping centre isn't as good as it used to be, but it's still not too bad really.

    Stayed there for about 4 years, quite liked it. Except the accent. Too many huns aswel :celt_2:

    That makes me sad. Used to love going through to Letterkenny when we were over in Moville. Not been in 10 years right enough, last time I drove through * (snigger).

    Just remember from playing youth football, playing in every scheme in Glasgow every week then getting drawn against a team in Dundee in the cup, arriving at their pitch thinking this place is * dreadful.

    Saw Drumchapel mentioned in the thread, id say it's improved a fair bit over the years tbh!

    Half of it is wasteland and the half that's left is all orange *.

    I left right after they closed the only Catholic high school and made the people travel to the next town for a Catholic education.

    I never left because of that, it was just a lucky coincidence.

    Same. Just bumped into it, shows the reach of our club. The owner was in Glasgow and got dragged along to see a match and decided to rename his pub and spent his life collecting memorabilia.
