That's the way I'm seeing it now. Would love so much to win the league, obviously.

But if we don't, that's football.

    You're right

However in pursuit of this 10, especially in the last couple of years the board has allowed a rot. This rot has enabled mediocrity to creep into the club and many fans have accepted it. We've become a European side who struggles to beat pot 4 teams now, our once feared home record literally exist anymore, its history which is sad in itself. Even the huns managed to get to the last 16 of the EL, something we've failed to do and should have done last season.

Fans have only cared about being better than Rangers and domestic dominance, and while it has been great winning all the trophies, it has bitten us on the *. Its small time, wee club mentality to prioritise "being better than them", becoming irrelevant on the European stage, and ironically being taken over by the very same team we ridiculed for most of this decade!

Folk will talk about the trophies we've won and say how is that mediocrity? But if you take the blinkers off for a second you will know what I am talking about. We are at the point of accepting ok we might not win the league this year, something that was UNTHINKABLE in August. Its completely unacceptable but says it all.

It’s possible on paper but the way we have been playing not just last night but since the start of the campaign then No as I expect more bad results to come.

The way the club spends money I wouldn't trust them to spend it in a way that would make a difference.

We'd be as well giving it away.

The amount of chances we give up in transition is absolutely terrifying.

That won’t change without a competent manager and if that doesn’t change we’ll continue to leak goals and therefore we won’t win the league.

Rangers will go through a sticky patch inevitably though, and they aren’t the strongest mentally so still a chance we will win it. A disgrace we are relying on that happening but here we are.

Won't win unless the change in coaching team is made in the next week or two, league will be gone by new year if not before if lennon stays in charge.

    No.

Huns are playing like a well-oiled machine with real belief and motivation. Tactically they are miles better than us as well and that shows in Europe.

We look like a team of individuals who have lost their spark and passion. Manager has ran out of ideas and lost respect from players and supporters.

Our only hope is to make big changes and hope they have the desired effect. If we continue as things are, the league will be done in December.

Having played and coached at a decent level myself. A few tactical observations for you all. we play too deep defensively with our back line and furthest forward much too far apart. This is to protect our lack of pace in defence. Remedy?
push up 20 yards further up the pitch. We need 2 wide players on each side. Full back and wide attacker. Only playing 1 is easily defended. We need more pace up front and Brown needs dropped as a modern day DMF is either technically great or strong and quick and brown has neither.

Said yes before, and say yes now. We're too good to keep playing this disjointed. Either the players will round the corner or Lennon will go, either case sees us go up the gears again.

And sick of hearing how good the huns are. They're only a single gear up from bang average, and haven't hit any bumps in the road yet - unlike our bomb blasted path so far. They've carried luck like I've never seen in what's happening to their opponents for injuries/suspensions/transfers out/covid19. And don't even get me started on their luck in Europe - draw/covid19/red card. And they're still only 3 points in front of us so far. If we turn the corner and the pressure swings back to them they'll drop like a whores knickers

I’m sure we will, just need to get it together. Starting tomorrow nothing less than a good performance and 3 points. Scraping a win will do but we really need to see a big performance in the league and start some momentum.

It’s unbelievable how easily teams can get at us when we lose the ball. 2 or 3 direct passes and teams are in behind us.

The defence are poor but McGregor and Brown offer them zero protection which makes them much more vulnerable.

We need more speed and steel in the centre of our midfield and defence.

If it's Lennon or someone else we need to get another keeper in and a right back also and another centre back get Duffy to * and we need a right side winger .
The players who want to leave get them to * in January and if we make alot of money out of it then replace also some who leave and we go into January with a chance .

If we're opening the wallet big time, moreso than we have done already this season (net spend £13m) - then the wisest investment we couls make would be in a top quality coaching and management team.

Barkas cost £5m and was sitting on the bench on Thurs. Ajeti cost £5m and was sitting on the bench. Turnbull cost £3m and was sitting on the bench.

Why would any players signed in the same bracket change our fortunes?

The rat and his back-room staff cost <£4m per season and I'd much rather any money we were spending went towards that.

We have the most talented squad in Scotland - even if it may not be the hardest working at present - a good coaching team should be able to get them to start showing that.
