Why is Griffiths still underrated by our support?

Withdrawn from the Scotland squad, hope to * he isn't injured.

 

Maybe he don't want to be playing in pointless games in case he gets injured.

It would be typical for him to get some games now its over and then get * hurt and out for the season.

 

Scotland are out...done.....finished.

 

Probably been told by the club to pull out don't blame them his treatment by Strachan is a joke

 

I've nothing against Steven Fletcher but the fact he starts games before Griffiths is a joke

 

Well its the warm up for them this weekend.

Even in scotland you get the playing in * scotland effect.

 

Fletcher was excellent v Poland though..his touch, hold up play and goal was first class.

Griffiths needs to work on his hold up game but he scores all types of goals and his effort and desire to succeed with us has been excellent.

I'd love both in our squad.

 

Fletcher went a few years without scoring for Scotland before the Gibraltar match. No other country challenging for qualification would persist with a striker who can't score goals...

 

It's pretty easy to see if we play Griffiths and Fletcher against teams like Georgia we will score plenty. Not bothered if Fletcher plays against Poland, Germany since he can hold the ball and good in the air which is what we need.
