    A few days ago I tried to sign in but said I was banned for an unknown reason I couldn't work out. I did notice a * of a lot of full screen adverts though which made me think the site was hacked as I hadn't posted anything but the normal stuff.

    So I signed in again today and I'll be half way through typing a post when the page will just redirect to a full page of adverts. I understand it must cost money to run a site like this and it's hardly got the number of members the big sites like Redditt have so if it's going to be a case of adverts invading our normal use of the site couldn't you work out some sort of subscription?

    I mean this is a bit of a nightmare never knowing if your post is going to make it or you're going to have to retype it which kinda drains the energy of making not much of an important point.

    I know what you mean and I find it annoying for my standard couple of word messages, so you must feel like * your phone or laptop out a window, must take like 3 weeks to re-type!

    Haha, I wasn't getting wide but if I'm losing my * over something like "aye, he was good/* today" in a player thread and having to re-type it and the site lagging etc, I can't imagine how bad swerve must feel!

    :56: It does feel like there is AI on the site now and it judges both the amount of words you're typing and comparing them towords otheer people have typed, especially the banned section and redirects you to a massive Galaxy 10 advert as if it's being ironic, like a need a big new screen when I can't even type a normal post. Wonder how much the site gets if you buy a phone via their advert. Must be a few quid considering it's a £1000 phone.

    You feel sorry for me I can undertand but man I would have internet rage if I was only wanting to post a one or two sentence comment on a player and it redirected.

    I'm quite impressed by the size of the ads, they don't fit on my laptop, I would need to plug into my tv and the ads would then be for 4k tvs. I'll get one next season. If all the football is in 4k.

    Btw I would be up for a subscription if it mean Admin not having to deal with this as it must bug him too.

    I totlly forgot about that, must've been cause I formatted but I kinda don't like using it on this site, Admin needs all the clicks he can get I'm sure but when it's behaving like it's missing it's oxycontone delivery then something has to be done to calm it down.

    Wouldn't mind ads at the side of the screen. Some can be interesting like gigs happening soon or movies, relevant new articles etc.

    Have you been getting redirected today?

    The not secure has been there since Chrome introduced it and is nothing to worry about. It's only indicating it's not https, which is mainly for retail/shopping sites.

    It doesn't seem to be a redirect due to ads (don't think there's been an issue lately, AFAIK). What page was it you opened that led to the redirect?

    Keano, don't listen to him, GMs get less ads but iPhone/safari issues affect everyone using an iPhone/iPad
