Ridiculous thread. You only need to look at Lennon's domestic record to know he won't be in high demand.

Derek Adams or Paul Lambert. Lambert first choice.

i feel a bit sorry for the OP. Its bit early to be picking Lennon's Successor, as I think he will follow the similar paths of Oneill and strachan, and see out a cycle of a team at least. which will be about five years.
It is worth noting that the succession from oneill to strachan went alot better and more smoothly because it was planned or organised. The * disaster of succession after Strachan, was clearly not and they struggled for options and went with the "fans favourite and Celtic man" Tony Mowbray. I didnt want him at the time, as i didn't think he was the right candidate.
When or if Neil Lennon does leave, the club will be in a place of strengthn with a well developed young squad and a very healthy bank balance. It is going to be a much easier "sell" for the club to the next manager because of the tremendous work that Neil Lennon has done in rescuing the club.
In answer to this question, we need to see who is going to be the best available candidate for the job in 4 or 5 years when Neil either steps down or moves south or abroad for the next challenge in his career.
This is obviously depending on where the following do in their respective careers over the next 4 years.( in no order of preference) 1. Steve Clarke, 2. Paul lambert, 3. Owen Coyle, 4. Henrik larsson, 5. Jackie Mcnamara, 6. Malky Mackay, 7. John Kennedy.

Owen Coyle would be the best realistic pick (I don't think anyone in the EPL at the moment is realistic)

Oor Neil isn't going anywhere, but of he did I would bring in Glen Hoddle.

This thread is so disrespectful it's not even funny.

Hypothetical or not it's an utter joke to be replacing Neil before he has decided to move on.
