Who would you make captain instead of Brown?

He beats commons hands down & is as good as

Sorry but you're just plain wrong, Commons is in the team because he's a goal threat, Brown isn't, and he's only equal to Ki Ledley and Kayal in workrate, in footballing ability he's a long way behind.

Brown gets played because he's captain, and for little else.

(sorry did you mean ledley, not brown? apologies if so, read your post wrong, embarrasing)

 

maybe we will get lucky once he signs this new deal some 1 will be daft enough to buy him next season let's * hope so.

 

Aye..he will have the odd good game. And I've put up with him because hes Captain and quite the character..but the majority of the time hes simply a..............

 

Joe Ledley is 100times better than Scott Brown ffs.

As if it helps to make you point better by trying to make it seem as if young boys make these threads. Dead on!

Anyway, whilst I was a Scott Brown fan, lets face it apart from a good goal agin Rangers, he has done very little since 2007. He gets booked far too often, gives away possession and free kicks needlessly and adds very little at all. He gets caught out of position when playing in the centre and very rarely has any impact on the wing. Ok he is ok for the SPL, but lets face it, Kayal/Ki/Ledley all better in the middle than him. Forrest better on the right.

Tell me this though, what has he done that we have forgotten then?

 

Scott Brown is Joe Ledley without the technical ability. I wouldn't be starting either though.
In my opinion our midfield should be

Forrest Kayal Ki Commons

I'd rather have Kayal as captain for one season than Brown for any more.
