    Fitsrly the question is does Forster want to leave and if so under what circumstances. I mean is he willing to leave for a big fee but to a team like Southampton as Wanyama did or is he only interested in leaving for another big club.
    Either way if he is wanting to leave we should keep him till the summer. That way it gives us time to find a replacement to sign in the summer.
    Personally I hope he learns from the lessons of Hooper and doesn't make the same bad decisions Hoops did in moving to a mediocre provincial club thinking that will get him into the England team. When as we can now see playing in the champions league with Celtic has done Forster's international ambitions no harm while going to a small club even if in the epl certainly does not enhance those ambitions.

    I'd say the same aswell,but I've done it once and the embarrassment still haunts me to this day..

    Quarter final schools cup,keeper didn't turn in so me and one other decided we'd take a half each :smiley-laughing002:

    I chose the second half,2-2 at half time before I went in,thought it would be a doddle..
    First real shot I had to deal with was a low one from distance that I thought was going by the post,I stood there all causal as it went in a foot from me :52:..
    Then let another fizzle through my legs :52:

    We lost 4-2 and went out the cup..

    I was that * they were hitting pot shots from all angles against the bar and just going wide..:icon_mrgreen:

    It was that day I realised how hard it was to be a keeper..

    Still give Forster dogs abuse sometimes though..

    So if offered I would turn down a little stint in goal for celtic as it was bad that 21 players saw what happened to me never mind 60 thousand :56:

    I think we should be able to lure another second string keeper out of the EPL on the promise of CL football.

    That said, we are not in this situation (yet), and I hope are are not in the next few years to come, because Fraser is my favourite player in the squad right now... I'd be downright gutted if he left :54:

    Trouble is, goalies tend to reach their peak at an older age than what we look at in the transfer market. So we're really lucky how FF has shown such development at this stage in his career.
