Scandinavia the manager knows the players and they are quite cheap -
-
Belgium,Netherlands and Portugal.
-
New Guinea and the Congo.
-
Celtic should have a core of Scottish/Irish players, but Scandinavian players generally seem to fit in.
-
As long as it's not Israel, Most clubs are onto Belgium which has become the new Holland and France the amount of good young Belgium players coming through is scary. Players that come out of Belgium are not cheap these days.

Croatia and Scandinavia.

San Marino and Estonia. Or Poland, Czech Rep, Austria. Look at the Legia team we faced... much you reckon that cost to assemble ?
I would hazard a guess that a lot of players from that area would jump at the chance to play 'British football' and wages can't be high over there surely ?
Competing with German teams though. -

Scandinavia at present with a Norwegian manager. I think we would get good value in eastern Europe and Croatia has always produced plenty of talented players for its population.

Seriously as said Eastern Europe,Scandinavia, Should even try the Japanese market again as Naka was what 2.5 million and he certainly paid off. (maybe a loan deal initially). American market as well. -

Was actually going to make a thread on this. :smiley-laughing002:
Definitely the Belgian market - some of the players are amazing. I mean look at the players Chelsea are finding (when younger) and we found Wanyama there.
Portugal, Croatia, Poland and the U.S. aswell. -
Netherlands, scandanavia and defo our own domestic market over the next few year, some decent talent comin through the now.
