If they go to Tannadice on the last day knowing a win will give them the title, you can be sure that by hook or by crook, they will * get it.

Well. That's life. Two rivals who change to be in front. This time Rangers will be champions. And that isn't good enough neither from the players, Strach or the board. But no matter how * off I am, it wouldn't change anything.

I just know that I'm just as much Celtic supporter tomorrow, as I where yesterday, and my team will strike back.

am I correct in thinking that if we fail to win mid week the league could be lost by the time we next play now!

What gets me the most is how we can lose the league to what some people can say on here " Oh Rangers are *" and a team thats about to collapse from debt according to some. Yet they can still win the league.

aye lawell should take the majority of the blame, but Strachans due for some major stick as well for his weird decisions when it comes to big games. We seen a prime example today in not starting our best player bar Brown today and instead going with a guy thats been injured all season. He seems to make these more and more now and brings on subs at the wrong time.

All we can do is hope :shamrock:

I agree we shouldn't be in this position but we are (through our own fault)

I'm angered at the position we find ourselves in just now - the league should have been wrapped up long ago, but I'll continue to say "Keep the Faith" until the league is over.

Wish I didn't have to, but unfortunately we do.

At the end of the season we have to seriously look at our strategy - do we want to be good enough to win the league or do we want to be as good as we can be.

The board want to be good enough to hopefully stumble over the line and not have to spend more than 10 pence on a quality player. :47:

we aint good enough. Hats off to Rangers for being the better of two terrible football teams. Neither team deserves this title after some horrible performances all season. Nakamura ( in my opinion our best player today ) will be leaving and his replacement maloney just isnt up to the task. With his best years behind him and frequently injured I think it is time for Maloney to hang up his boots and do us all a favour and retire.

I would agree that he was shocking mate although hes still like only 25 or 26 is he not. Hardly retiring age when you see fuckface Weir jumping about at 39

NO huge chages needed on the basis of this game. On the basis of the whole season the same issues still stand out. However, for me, the top priority has changed. I think our biggest issue is we need a couple of top strikers with pace, touch, strength, goals and at least some height. That wont be cheap and you are looking at guys who decent EPL teams will also want so the going rate is 40-50,000 a week. Wages are a bigger problem than fees IMO.I think Loovens is looking a good player but one more good really dominant CH would help. And finally of course we need a good LB who can attack and defend.

With Hartley getting on a bit and Donati unable to adapt tothe SPL, we could shift them out and us their wages for one more CM but getting a good one will be very hard and you cant really buy young for that position.

Otherwise there is not a lot wrong with the squad within the realistic bounds of what we can expect with the player/wage market. Problem is 2 good strikers, a CH a LB and maybe a CM would have guaranteed the league but it would probably add about 12 million to our annual wage bill as well as any transfer fees. Its up to the board.

I agree that that. I think they only want to do just enough to keep a step ahead. In fact Rangers spent much more in the summer than us.

i thought hesselink wasnt good enough today, apart from the one header he didnt do much expect being outpaced by davie weir who is 39 years old, he should NOT be offered a new contract. we were the better team today and i have hope for us. although the manky mob are playing quite well now they could easily drop points at hibs or dundee utd. we should win our home games and im optimistic we can beat hibs away, so its definetely not finished yet.

it is what it is, if the scum win the league they deserve it. i think changes need to be made ,even if we end up winning the league. so many games i,ve seen us come out and play so lethargic with no sense of urgency. i miss good old fashioned aggressive attacking football. remember the colours yous are wearin for fucksake....oh aye and crosas was absolutely * mingin today lol

Even if we win the league this year i think we should look at the possiblity of a new manager. Strachan may have won 4 in a row but every year the gap has been tightening and our football is getting worse. Change could be good.

Aye agreed, the board gambled by not bringing anyone in the transfer window, Lawell thought we could get by with the existing squad and collect the champions league money, not now
