    I can feel an almighty Lasagne coming on. You've got to take all day slowly cooking the meat sauce aswell. Put all kinds of meat in there....decent quality mince, salami, peperonni, garlic, red wine.....all that *. And the cheese shall be cheddar, mozzerella, red leicester, and parmesan.

    Absoloutely nothing like a traditional lasagne......but its * good and thats what matters

    Heading over to Turkey on sunday (yes I'll miss the game) so been emptying the freezer.
    found some shin of beef, so curried it with some rice.
    all that's left is a packet of 4 beef olives, 3 ice lollies, roll of puff pastry and a Lind Easter egg.

    Made penne arrabiata, with grilled chicken chunks earlier. Lovely stuff and really simple.

    Italians go mental for some reason when people have chicken with pasta, but who cares :39:
