ultimately tho, killing an animal does not equal killing a human. it is similar in the way of evil-ness.

I think a large fine and community service. I mean is there much point in putting people in over-crowded prisons for killing a cat. When rapists and peodos are roaming about?

depends on the animal too, i'd love someone to come along and kill some * pigeons and sea-gulls, but things like horses and dogs dont be going after them, at least they earn their rights.

I think of all the crimes in the world, animal cruelty aint that high up tbh. A few months jail time for serious/repeat offenders, community service or a fine in any other case.

What about fishing? I dont fish but to put a hook through its cheek and rip it from its natural habitat just to look at it then fling it back seems cruel to me. Jail for every fisherman!

the man makes a valid point, if humans were to never be truely cruel to animals. we wouldn't eat them, we wouldnt' clear land a mess up habitats to build houses. Honestly we'd probably still be living in caves licking moss from rocks.

But tbh, I think cruelty for cruelty's sake is wrong, but like i've said, of all the things in the world, it aint massively important. I mean having a pet in the first place is pretty cruel in itself. Poor little gold fish stuck in a bowl............

Theres a difference between killing an animal for survival, and killing an animal for a hobby.

why kill an animal to throw it back in the water, to leave it lying dead in a field etc... who the * gave you the right...

look at the link i posted from The Sun, 7 year old breaks into a zoo, feeds animals to a crocodile, batters animals to death with a rock, and gets away with it scot free, if that isn't wrong i don't know what is.

On that I'm a celebrity, they kill Animals for entertainment, which i think is totally wrong.
