Suppose in terms of screen size for football streams the iPhone could be an issue for some but I have an iPad2 and usually watch the football on that lol!

I just prefer iPhones the graphics/camera for me are spot on only thing that * me off is that theirs no zoooom.

I had a HTC last year and got the 4s back in February. I'm going back to android this February as you can't stream live football from the links put up here. Apple control everything :31:

Don't know which android to get though???

Wait for the iPhone, it'd be daft to get anything else until you see what Apple have up their sleeves.

Look at everyone who has a Samsung/HTC etc - they are all obsessed with telling you it's better than the iPhone. Do you ever hear anyone with an iPhone even mention another phone? That tells the story in itself.

I phones are the best phones about, anyone that thinks otherwise has probably never owned one. I have had Sony Xperia Samsung galaxy S etc and none come close to the I phone

It's not all about spec's though, imo at least. If you enjoy your phones UI and features then you don't really care if another phone has more processing power/bigger screen etc.

I'm not trying to get into the whole android v apple debate just my two bobs worth :50:

    agreed,

the build quality on iPhone handsets is second to none, and they are terrific devices. And of course specs aren't everything.

but billion dollar advertisement campaigns and marketing have led a majority of people to believe iPhones (and Apple products in general) are the be all and end all of tech, which I think is a shame.

Agreed also. There are far to many apple fan bhoys/ghirls out there who just defend apple blindly without considering the capabilities of other handsets.

I appreciate that my 4S isn't the highest spec of phone available on the market but I like the apple UI so I stick with it.

Hijacking the thread a wee bit, but my blackberry curve contract has ended, it was just the basic one two years ago, never going back they scam you 5 quid a month extra for the bbm and i never used it.

Been researching for a new phone that is not brand new but still relatively up to date and i found the Galaxy Samsung Ace, for 10 quid a month.

Don't use a lot of minutes of texts so 250 mins and 5000 texts are more than enough and with 500mb of data it isn't bad.

I realise its going to be 2 years old next year but i rarely see the point in spending 25-40 quid a month on something i will never fully use. So asking if this is a decent phone before i go ahead and get it?
