    In the place I'm from, well someone was murdered two years ago and our local priest is an alleged pedophile but haven't heard anything about that in a while and he seems to have disappeared off of the face of the earth.

    Local pub owner married with kids and all commited suicide suddenly few months ago, soon came out the scumbag was a kiddy fiddler and someone had come forward, family have left sharpish.

    Live 10 mins walk from the club where that poor Karen Buckley got kidnapped from, and there was a guy murdered in the flat above one of the local pubs a couple months ago.

    The one fae a few year ago when two migrant workers chopped up the body of a female migrant worker, the actual murder took place elsewhere but the dismembered body parts were dumped in Arbroath, the head was found right outside my inlaws house. Mother-in-law, saft * walked right past it when she was out walking her dogs, totally oblivious :smiley-laughing002:

    I live 2 mins from the flat where the Lithuanian girl was dismembered and stuffed in suitcases and Lidl carrier bags in 2008 or 09 I think. 2 Latvians forced her to withdraw her savings and give it to them. Then they got busy with the axe. They jumped on the bus to Arbroath with her in bits and dumped the bags in the sea. Head washed up a day or so later.

    Edit: just spotted Pinstripe mentioning the same story ha ha

    A Slovakian guy went mental a few years back just 5 mins from my mum's house when I stayed there and randomly stabbed people as they were walking by. Think he was a bit of a lunatic but 3 or 4 people were injured if I remember right and at least 1 had serious injuries.

    Also not far from Queens Park in Glasgow where that woman was followed, raped and murdered then dismembered and her body parts spread out in different parts of the park. Definitely not a park you want to walk through late at night on your own. Especially if you're a woman.

    Early 2000s there was a massive scuffle broke out in the Main Street here between two notorious families that were always at each other's throats. A Glaswegian guy who had moved into the area (crazy * actually bit a guys ear off playing Sunday league) ran to his house, collected his work van and sped back towards the fight. The only person he managed to hit was the sister of one of the families who had arrived to break the fight up. She died instantly. That was directly outside my old work.

    Plenty of murders, mostly drug related or wee neds wae knifes. Guy was shot on his doorstep years ago, also a guy was beheaded years ago in a drug related thing. Purertteeee cwaaaazzzeeeee
