last night was a disgrace simple as that, i am a big fan of TM but his tactics were more negative than when we played arsenal, hapoel were there for the taking, yes every team loses but the way we lost last night was a complete disgrace.

Faithfull to who, a great club that was embaresed last night or a group of players that let the shirt down?

I agree, I was personally gutted by the result and embarrased (isnt that part and parcel of being a football fan ??) as was everybody else on here. With a bit of time to reflect it may not be as bad as originally thought, yes it was a poor performance but we have seen how we can play when we are playing well and can only hope that in the remaining 5 Europa League games we can play like we know we can and demolish HTA at Parkhead.

surely being faithful through and through doesn't equate with following blindly like a sheep............. cause I don't support Aberdeen

Move on people. Get over it. I'm as * off as everyone else about the performance last night but bad performances and bad managerial decisions happen all the time in football and we are not going to win every game. Lets put it behind us and think about Hearts on Sunday and get behind the team as the league is our main priority this season.

    I really agree with this.

What kind of message is it sending out to Marc Crosas when the manager plays a formation with 5 midfielders and yet still picks a centre-half to play in midfield in front of him??

If I was Marc Crosas I'd be starting to get pretty fed up with life at Celtic.

I always believed faithful through and through is about standing by your team during good and dark times. there are plenty of muppets that show up for games when the Celts are winning, but stay away when there is no success.

like an old french saying goes: a woman for one night, your club for your whole life. faithful through and through is about supporting your club all the time, no matter if they win, lose or draw. but that doesn't mean you ain't entitled to criticise your club! constructive criticism is an excellent thing.

however the way some have been slagging off your players and club as a whole is disgusting. there are always some WUMs, no matter if you support a team from Glasgow, Munich, Milan or Barcelona.

How you can compare the 90'S with the club today is unbelievable.
Success is now becoming one of the supports biggest downfall , enjoy the good times!!!
If we are trophyless for the next couple of seasons your point would have some validation but don't get carried away too soon. :50:

It is always very easy to be negative and point fingers. Some people just love to whine and moan all the time etc etc. But certainly having a good healthy debate about our team is positive. Sadly that is not always the case here.

For me I would like to think I can reflect after a bad game and not just jump the gun and be over critical. But I must say I was very disappointed after Thursdays pathetic performance. Fair play to Boruc for admitting what we all saw and saying it was not acceptable and saying sorry to the fans.

For me what bothered me most started the night before when I saw Mark Venus interviewed saying while we wanted to win the game we were playing away in Europe and needed to be cautious. That did my nut. Against Arsenal fair enough but those guys weren't any super power. I felt we played way to conservatively against a team we were more then capable of beating and got punished for it. I see no reason why we didn't play McDonald and go 4-4-2 and have a go at them as clearly they were no great shakes at the back.

I am not on here screaming for Mowbray's head or anothing like it. But facts are Thursday was a joke of a performance end of story. Yes the fact that we either won't or cannot spend any real money to bring in some good players has seen our team become a pale shadow of the Seville team but Thursday was totally unacceptable.

As fans we have the right to vent our anger at the result.
