    no point in keeping anyone who doesn't want to play for us. I still think he expected MON to be a top job somewhere and that he would joining him. I cant believe Portsmouth was what he had in mind

    I can understand him wanting to go to Portsmouth, Stan is not as good as a lot of people think he is, eg, he is not a Lubo Moravcik not near as talented and clever, now please dont someone come back and say they are a different type of player?

    I thought his clause was if any club came in with a £5-million offer that club would be allowed to talk to Petrov about a move * and your right m8 thats the reason Stan the Man signed that New-Contract in January so the bhoys would make money out of the SALE of Petrov,I think in today game(Celtic 1 Everton 0-McGeady-78-mins) Stan showed what he is all about, The quaility is there but who is willing to pay over the £5-million

    We should be looking to sell him. However, just because we are wanting rid of him as he is unhappy doesn't mean we should be pushed around with pishy offers. The balls completely in our court over this situation and we shouldn't be settling for any less than what he's worth and I believe that to be around the £5/£6million mark.

    Can`t you understand Petrov does NOT want to play for Celtic.

    If Celtic can make some money from, that`s good..How much money is Petrov on a week? Is it around 30k?

    So rather than paying a player who does not give 100% anymore for Celtic..just hurry up and let him go to another club !
