Love my cars, after Football and * they're my favourite thing.

Got a Corsa 1.2 SXI just now and it's been a great wee car (apart from not having Air Con). First car was a Daihatsu Sirion 1.3 SX which was brand new and amazing but I was only 17/18 so really struggled to pay for it. Went 9 mesirable months without a car until I decided to buy a "cheap" runabout which was an old Clio 1.2 RN Provence for £750.

The * cost me a fortune there was something wrong with it every week and it constantly let me down. I ended up getting a letter from the RAC saying I'd get charged if I made 1 more call out!!! Took the miserable piece of * to a scrappy in Coatbridge and got £110 for it.

I'm not picky.
First car I had was this -

Fiat Brava 1.4L petrol. Wasn't a bad runabout to be honest and was a decent first car as well.

Paled in comparison to my next car though -

Honda Civic ES 2.2cdti Diesel. Was a beauty of a car and I loved it. Very smooth drive, pretty quiet, roomy on the inside as well and was VERY quick.

Unfortunately I had to sell it when I moved to America though as was far too expensive for me to get shipped over :54:

I had problems with my first car 206.

I would never ever buy a french car ever again. Peugeot's or
renaults and im not the only one.

My golf, was a wonder to drive. Fantastic car. It was actually a smooter drive than my bm.

German cars all the way :50:

Yet to even buy my first car! I will be getting one within the next few months. I need to let my leg heal first before I can pass my test. No idea what I am going to get not looking to spend more than £3000-£3500 and preferably a non thirsty, reliable, wee motor.

You could get a nice wee car for that price no problem. You'd need to have a wee bit to spend on insurance, sometimes its more expensive than the car! Depending on your particulars.

Nah I am an ancient 28 years of age and work in insurance, its no danger. As long as the engine size is not too high I will be around £6-700 for my first year till I earn NCD.

Just a normal job lol. I'm an old * m8. 23 Now. Things get cheaper, insurance and stuff. That golf was just a 1.4. Set a wheels, lowered and tints and was a gti lookalike lol.

The younger you pass your test, the cheaper it gets.
