    I am enjoying the fact that our squad does not need massive surgery to get us back to where we were. I also am holding out hope that with the mayhem happening at Bolton that we might be able to tempt Lennon back. Hooper is also available to buy relatively cheaply and if we could sign a proper holding player and an experienced center back we would be flying. Saying that I have seen Lenny organize a far worse back four than what we have currently. Imagine Hopper, Griff, Stokes, & Commons as options under Lennons diamond. Glorious.

    Griffiths has scored goals at European level.

    I'd say he's more than just yer bang-average SPL player.

    He's not a bang average SPL player(if that's what you were meaning?). He's an excellent SPL player. You can't take his goalscoring record at that level away from him. I'm still not convinced about him at the next level though.
