Thread title spelling corrected. :50:
This is the first link there has been, so unconvinced that this is nothing more than a BS story from the Mirror, exemplified by the fact that trhere is so little detail, no quotes etc. -

We could do with someone of his ability, especially in Europe. Y'know, until Izzy comes back.

Wayne Bridge was a great left back a few years ago, the season before ashley cole arrived at chelsea bridge looked world class

Good * him he is pish now used to be good a few years ago.
-
Was dreadful for West Ham, nowhere near good enough as he used to be.
-
Would be a good move, especially considering the sort of low-ish wage contribution being talked about, but if he'd rather play in the Championship than for one of the biggest clubs in the world then * him.

Thinking the guy needs a change of scenery and to get away from the epl for a while. A loan stint with us could help him personally and I think he would produce some good football up here.
I have suggested it already and I'm glad to see it reported.
A 6 month loan is a good option, as it allows Charlie to stay at CB where he plays at his best and gives us the required cover until Izzy returns.
The Mirror report is typical Mirror crap - no quotes, lazy journalism, etc, etc. No real story and they've just picked up on something and have made the decision that one of their precious epl players won't come to the backwater that is the spl.
Having said that the report in the hunday mail states he's not against the idea of playing up here but wants to wait to see if there are other options first;

Either way he would be a good loan signing and good cover until Izzy is fit again!
Get it done Lenny! -
Think he will change his mind if he isn't in the team and is still at city come the end of the transfer window
-
I will say it again..........CELTIC ARE NOT A LIFE BOAT.:bbpd: -
