    ive been watching vids on youtube of weiss and on almost every video there is vfb stuttgart fans typing welcome to stuttgart basicly going crazy because hes ment to be at them or on his way so no we wont be getting him another link to another player dead hope to * we actually get someone !

    there is no doubt the lad is quality he would be a great coupe for us but i think hes gone or going to stuttgart , for all the players that get linkd here we seem to get next to none we want lol 10 mill to spend 2 weeks left of the window time for lenny and co to get busy fingers crossed :shamrock:

    Hopefully we sign him. He'd be the perfect replacement for McGeady and surely won't cost us a great amount.

    I remember seeing him play against Arsenal in the cup last year and he was outstanding. I'm sure it was him that scored a belter in the same game.

    I dont get how quickly this has done a 360, 1 day ago he says he wants to join Celtic. Today he says he'll jump at the chance to play for Stuttgart.

    Think the boy is just saying all the right things to keep his options open.

    As far as Weiss himself I rate him very highly but the only thing for me about him in the SPL is that he may be a bit lightweight but its whether his mentality is one that will pick himself back up or someone who won't like it.

    Most of the time when we read about how these players say they "want to join Celtic" It has been taken out of context by the media. The scenario usually is that a journalist asks the player if there has been any interest from clubs...The player names a few interested clubs. The journalist then asks...."If Celtic came in would that interest you".....The player responds with "Sure, they are a huge club, I would be interested in ANY big club"........Journalist then scurries off to write his latest scoop....."Weiss wants to play for Celtic.....His bhoyhood team". We the punter are then under the impression Celtic is the players preferred choice, when actually we aren't. Unless I see actual footage of a player saying Celtic is his preferred club I take this stuff with a very LARGE pinch of salt. :celt_2:

    Man City, looking for a 'loan fee'

    say the loan fee is 1m, we'd be better off putting that towards buying Westwood or McFadden than on a loan for a player who'll be gone by may.
