On a personal not, my brother in law is from kenya and my neice is half kenyan so it would be extra special if he does well. From my perspective anyway.

It was revealed on Monday that the 20-year-old had agreed personal terms with the Parkhead club and a deal is now close to completion.

Done deal subject to work permit then?

I want him tbh, looks like a powerhouse. Also in general those Kenyans are engines, will be going fresh from the 1st until the 90th which will be good ofc.

Looks like a done deal subject to a work permit which he should get due to his recent appearances with the national team. If it is 1mill then he must be highly rated and well scouted, looking forward to seeing what he can do when given the chance if the deal comes through!

There have been no official bids lodged for Kayal, as far as I know anyway. I'm fairly confident he'll be here until at least next summer and then we'll need to see what happens from there.
