I can definitely remember one and it was pretty poor If I recall

Then again they were being pumped 3-0 by Lyon

I reckon Valdes is just a little bitter towards us.

Almost every other Barcelona player has been left astonished by the Celtic Park atmosphere, including players from many other clubs, but I guess it must be hard for a veteran when an 18 year old kid gets the better of you on a world stage to win the game.

To be fair he clapped the celtic fans after our cl game this season. Didn't seem particularly bitter about anything.

    Never knew this.

Seems like he was put under pressure to say someone other than Celtic anyway, going by the article quotes.

He's obviously very confused or has been misquoted, we're the greatest fans in the world and the inventors of atmosphere at the football. Also everyone loves us unless they're a sash wearing member of their local masonic lodge.

    Intimidating doesn't mean the best.

Who cares anyway? I hate it when players have a love in.

To be fair, Ibrox is also deafening on Champions League nights.

Still think ours is better though.

    Any videos?

I've never sat down and watched any of their CL home games from the beginning. Turned on the Unirea and Sevilla ones a few years ago when I found out they were getting pumped though :smiley-laughing002:

I do watch their European games, I don't mind seeing them doing well but I wouldn't want them winning the Champions League or anything. Preferrably us and them would be doing well enough to guarantee at least one automatic Champions League place for Scotland.

No videos unfortunately, camera phones probably weren't invented the last time they played a big European game :smiley-laughing002:
