i think we need to be aware this isn't going unnoticed and if we have a game behind closed doors, a stand shut or expelled from a Euro competition it's just won't be £21.7k a year @Cupid Stunt it could be millions! Or someone could have a respitory attack (asthma or a COPD) or similar and they die or are severely effected tell that to their family oh it's only x amount or it's for atmosphere (that's worst case scenario) btw

some people, yourself included wont like what am going to say but that is utter *.

For every flare/smoke that has been set off in europe no one has ever died. I hate when people say * like that, there'd be no * attending games in Poland by now if this was the case.

I am a fan of flares/smokes etc always makes the end look better but on the negative does get the club fined. As for stadium/stand closure i could be wrong but that never happened when its just been pyro involved.

You make a very valid point.

Now, I personally do enjoy the look of flares - but they are an un-needed spectacle. We do NOT need them for our fans to put on a show at fitba matches. They have only been about within the Celtic support for a cupla years, our support has been here since 1888.

    Let's be honest, it's NOT utter *.

What he did say was it COULD, not that it WOULD.

This isn't the rebs, giving up pyro in European matches should be done without question if they keep getting us fined.

    Spot on mate.

It's not our "identity" or any long standing traditions.

They're nice to look at, but if we're gonna keep getting fines with possible further penalties much worse than a fine, then I'm happy for them to go.

And for anyone that keeps continuing to use them. Wrap it.

A big problem is other teams do it and get * all bother. This current fine is more or less because we were unlucky to get the Linfield man as our delegate (I think).

It's not * it is a possibility, i said it could happen, you can never say never in life

What I am thinking is could the accumulation of incidents get the stand closed?

Can't agree Pad. This * is one of the main men at Linfield. Must be blind and deaf to their regular vile sectarianism.

I'm not disputing what the * is mate.

What i'm saying is, he's been looking for something, he's saw it, he's reported it, and UEFA agree with it because they've fined us on numerous times before.

Did UEFA pick him as an observer knowing he will look for anything that he can to get us fined

This is it in a nutshell.
There is a certain immature and moronic element in our support who just won't listen and keep putting us in the firing line.
I would like to see the Green Brigade come of age, and tell their members not to let these flares off, as it is only getting us into more trouble, and could eventually lead to our UEFA games being played behind closed doors if this behaviour is not curbed.

Aye, missed the point mate. He is a hypocritical *. Saw him talking before Linfield clash with QOS in the cup this season and all he could talk about was his clubs association with the filth.
