They really went all out on the 'most succesful in the world' patter after the old club was liquidated, as part of their continuation myth, it was always a load of bollocks, no big cup, al ahly in egypt had more domestic trophies, I think a team in uruguay does as well now, but they doubled down on it for years to be staunch and kid themselves on everything was fine, now it's coming to bite them in the *.

We won 33 trophies out of 60 between 2000/01 and 2019/20.
Between 2004/05 and 2023/24 we've won 15 League titles, 9 Scottish Cups and 9 League Cups, 33 trophies out of 59, could be 34 out of 60 which I think will be a new record beating 33/60 over 20 season we've done I think a few times like 2000-2020, 2004-2024 and whatever. -

Don't promote the myth they have this trophy accumulation they are a new club and founded in 2012 and only won three so far since they came into existence and the real rangers are dead.

Like most, normally wouldn't give a * about the overall tally.
118, 55, 250, 300 whatever amount of trophies we have domestically won't matter a * to the vast majority of football fans across the world.
No one is looking at domestic football here and thinking "aye, some achievement that"
Specially when you've clubs like Madrid ticking off UCL wins like a countdown to Christmas.
Celebrating it over the rest of Scotland as well seems pointless. What is it, Aberdeen with 4 league titles is the next one down? Hardly worth shouting about.
But see solely because of the stink the Huns have made for more than a decade now, about 55 being this elusive thing as if it equalled or bettered 9 in a row, that 56 is the next magical tattoo marker, I fully want to see it paraded at some point by the fans and want to see their reaction and mental gymnastics to not congratulate us or give us the credit they give themselves so much.
