That it seems unlikely there will be any snow/ice before 2017.

Yes, its impossible to not get some in Nov/Dec...but i have to say as Decembers go, this is the most benign i can remember for a long time. No torrential rain, no high winds, no snow, very little hard frost. Long may it continue!!

 

The weather really is * in this country.

That wee baltic week we had there, were it was all icy and * put me right in the Christmas spirit. Looking out the window now you'd think it was the middle of October, but it was still sunny in October this year

 

I agree. This balmy 10-12 degrees stuff just doesn't cut it

When we were wee I remember some epic winters with tons of the stuff.

 

Being finished with work and college until 9th January

Also people are so * incapable of driving to a half decent standard in perfect conditions in this country let alone adding snow and ice to it

 

My sister just facetimed me to show me that my wee nephew bought a Celtic top with his birthday money, his Hun Da is not happy

 

Got a round in The Saree Head yesterday. Was 6 of us in the round. Three I know really well a couple I have only met a couple of times. Before we got to Brendan's we got split up so not everyone had chance to buy a round ( fair enough just one of those things) Got back on the bus and the guy that hadn't bought me a drink back turned up on the bus with a pint of Guinness for me

We'll technically I've just been doing wee odd jobs for my mates gaffer just now, but I'm going back to scaffolding in January and gonna try make some decent wonga this year. The thought of that definitely annoys me
