    I had "under caravan" in a text from them once and i don't own a caravan :giggle1: Found out it was delivered to the wrong place a few streets away. Had to wait on the owners coming back in case a neighbour thought i was stealing their stuff.

    Bunch of fuckwits.

    Virgin media are a shower of *. Upgraded my broadband a few weeks ago and made sure to ask I was getting a new modem, one of the main reasons I wanted to upgrade, as my current one has had it.

    Never arrives so I eventually ring today to be told my current modem supports my upgrade speed and that’s why I haven’t been sent one, and if I want a new modem I need to upgrade again. I told them the agent that upgraded me was aware of this but said she would have one sent out anyway which is why I upgraded..

    Now they’re sending out a technician tomorrow and I’m told if he can’t sort out the problem then I’ll be able to get a new one...

    Just send me a new modem like yous said yous would you shower of *. Surely if I’m told I’m getting one on the phone then I’m entitled to it regardless?

    Changed from Virgin to Sky about 7 year ago and never looked back.

    Customer Service was horrendous, worst I’ve experienced.

    Also, they were due out to the in-laws last week for new installation after they cancelled sky, day taken off work, running late so phone call made, told they were on their way, eventually a van arrives outside, then vanishes, assume they’ll be back shortly but they never return. Phone call made to complain and get someone out ASAP, Saturday so no more time off work needed, told can’t get anyone out now until January 15th.

    Told to ram it. Sky cancellation cancelled

    To be fair the technician came out first thing this morning, fixed all our signal problems and set up the newest modem for us and we weren’t charged.

    For iPhone people,

    Anyone ever have those moments when you skip a song then realize you actually want to listen to it, only to then wage war on trying to hit the replay button? The next song just does not want to leave your life, you need to hit the replay button a solid 10 times before the song finally skips back and you get the previous one.

    Happens every now and then and I always get a bit choked :giggle1:
