The disappointing levels of downright bitchiness from people in here at times. Its actually embarrassing the way some people act and react.

When you say a phrase or commonly known saying and no one you say it too seems to know what it means. Happened yesterday... At a friends house playing poker with 5 friends. I call out a friends bluff, "I think you've got SFA". Literally no one had ever heard of that before. Had to explain what sweet * all meant. Made me seem like I was * for knowing what that stood for.

I think it's more commonly sweet fa, rather than sfa but you'd imagine they could work it out.

It's when I go up to people and say "You know Scottish Football Association" that people get really confused.

Definitely. There's a worrying amount of people on here who just want to argue or have a go at other posters for the sake of it.

Hearing about energy companies making billions in profits yet fuel poverty exists in the U.K. and there are rarely, if ever, a reduction in prices

People gushing over dead people. Bowie and George Michael would never have got a look in at the Brits if they hadn't croacked it.
    I'm a Bowie fan but it's cheesy as *.

Aye. And when the press make the usual down trodden statements like "Exxon have had their second year of downturn in profits. They made $4.5billion as opposed to $5.1billion and $6.3billion the previous years. Exxon have yet to comment on the situation".
As if they are hard done by and going to the wall.

I despise how people forget that 'Bowie' and 'Dylan' have first names.

How come the oil prices have been so low for ages yet there hasn't bee a similar reduction in Energy tariffs, then when the oil prices go up they straight away say they have increase them?

Sorry MGM, I have no idea if that was even my typing that, it's quite nonsensical even for my standards, changing the spelling of the last word just so it rhymes
