    If you know you are short paid by a lot tell them to get it sorted by next week at the latest.

    Mark Chapman mainly and some of the guests I've seen on it before, it is all done on the cheap compared to Sky's coverage, I much preferred when channel 4 or even 5 done it, though I will say Dara Kennedy on Sky hasn't got a * clue what she is talking about.

    I think Mark Chapman dumbs himself down a bit to help new fans by asking questions they would ask.

    Dara Kennedy makes skys coverage nearly unwatchable, don't know why they got rid of Kevin.

    Aye big Kevin knew his stuff, the last I seen him on it was one of the London games he was asking questions in a boozer, maybe I was being a bit harsh in my first post about the show and need to give it more of a chance, it just shows how far the sport has come over here that we are even talking about certain shows and their coverage. :50:

    The same calorie balance exists when eating clean. You need to consume less than you burn. Difference is it doesn't all sit on your gut when you're eating clean!

    I've been eating clean almost the whole of January, drank 1 night since new year and I'm the identical weight on the scale. Lost 2 inches on my waistline and down 2 notches on my belt though!
