    Aye taxing dividends * and introducing A National Living Wage, starting at £7.20 and rising to £9 an hour by 2020, which replaces the £6.50 minimum wage. I mean what's that all aboot ffs as a tory he is a disgrace .. :97:

    Yes but he has frooze benefits for 4 years for some of the hardest hit already, yes this living wage is a great idea but are the government going to help thousands of small business in finding that extra money

    £7.20 isn't the living wage. The living wage is £7.85. What it is, is a long overdue increase on the minimum wage.

    I heard on Radio 1 this morning that £7.20 is actually closer to what the minimum wage should be by the time it's introduced (presumably when inflation or whatever is taken into account).
