    My workplace and the * idiot 'managers' that like to kid themselves on they know what the * they are doing, oh and all the uppity new start * that are on more wages than guys that have been there for years because the * want our contracts off us :31:

    Nothing worse than a cocky new start. Had one a few year ago, Mr Know it All, and a snitching little *, we scraped away the leather fae his safety boots to reveal the metal toecaps, then welded two big * off spanners to them, * had to walk about like that for a couple of hours until he found a grinder, which we'd hidden, to grind them off :smiley-laughing002:

    :smiley-laughing002:, and not just one cocky new start mate about 40 of the *, which the management a term I use very loosely have filled their heids wae *, and the * now think they are better than guys that have forgot more about working there than these *, that said a good few of them are brand new and know the script that it's just a job

    Actors who go beyond the beyond in ripping the * out of one character they played that was mildy successful.

    A la Boycie from Only Fools and Horses.

    The guy has wrote 2 books on him in the show and the character and only seems to speak about that on twitter and acts like the character in real life somewhat as well.
