we are nearing another transfer window. all this funny talk of who we are bringing in (Eg....Keane! Larsson!). i was just wondering who fellow Celts want WGS and PL to show the door to.
for me, it has to be...
Balde - huge wages that should of been better spent elsewhere for at least a year now.
Donati - i don't think he will ever push Brown, Hartley, Robson or even Crosas for a place in the middle.
Killen - is he a player who threatens McDonald, JVoH and Samaras' place in the starting XI?...no. he doesn't even threaten Sheridan's place on the bench.
and depending on circumstances...
M. Brown - if Zaluska comes to Paradise a window early, then i feel Brown's place in the squad immediately irrelevant.
Naylor - yes, he performed better than usual on Saturday. but that's no mean feat. if we get in an experienced left back, then i would hope Naylor would be on his way over the border.
potential loans (with a recall option)...
Caddis - he needs more time on the field against top opposition. WGS prefers Naylor, Wilson and Hinkel at wingback. let the bhoy loose on the SPL for, for example, Dundee Utd.
Sheridan - he showed during JVoH and Samaras absence that he does have the ability.
Hutchinson - if we bring in another striker, then this boy should be allowed te same opportunity to go on loan to another SPL team and see what he can realy do.
McGowan - same as Hutchinson.

Bobo because of his wages, Killen is a waste of space and i would send Sheridan out on loan to see if he can improve any..if not i would then get rid of him in the summer

I agree with the loans apart from Caddis, think he'll get more of a chance next year. I'd put out big O'Dea tho. -

Get rid of,
wilson, hartley, robson, they're some of the most creatively challenged players i've ever seen including the ones who play in the local park beside me. -
they're job isn't to be creative. they do the nitty gritty that needs to be done. very ugly play but very effective.

There's always one I suppose.
I'd get shot of Balde if at all possible, Doumbe isn't really needed either and if someone came in for Donati with a decent bid I think it would be accepted.
Apart from that there's not much needing shifted, Killen was always a back up striker and you can't get shot of Naylor until there's a decent and experienced natural left back. -
Not really, wouldn't be any better standard of football than the Celtic reserves.
