so glad we have got a striker in that can play a bit, like the look of efe too. so good on that front and looking promising.
Would have liked a quality clever/creative playmaker brought in too though, would really have changed the flow and direction of our play for the good. esp seen as we sold Ki and got 6m for him, would like to have seen that spent overall (if required), which would have allowed us to get a slightly more advanced player

 

Deary me, whits with all that chat man?....anyway tantrums aside, thought we did not bad in short space of time. Venezeulan boy looks as if he could be handy alright and Ambrose might be the big beasty we've needed at CB (we shall see I guess).

As for the keeper, not really sure, but perhaps he's much superior cover than Zaluska.

Also might be some more business done before Monday.

 

I'm 'meh' after today. Ambrose looks decent enough. not sure what all the hype is all about for Miku. Anyone enlighten me? I get that he's a good player and I'm pleased we have him.. just don't get why we're all creaming ourselves over him.

 

We've a good streamlined squad going into the season. I'm very happy with all the business that we've done this summer. Most of it was badly needed. Just hope that the constant knocks and injuries will just kindly * off!

Woah woah.. I'm happy with Ambrose because he's a possible 'diamond in the rough' signing. He's someone most of us won't have heard of and that kind of signing usually works out for Lenny. However, I know nothing about and I'm just happy we signed a CB who lenny reckons is up to the job.

I haven't seen Miku play before either and appreciate his record is good. He doesn't seem like anything special though. A good signing? Certainly. A signing to 'cream yourself' over ? I'm not to sure. Hopefully.

Really, i was just wondering why people are so excited seen as it's just a loan.

 

Loan with option to buy like forster. Best way imo cos if hes pants no big loss

We may have agreed a cheaper deal than most would think. Getafe dont have alot of money. I have no worries what so ever that he will flourish here. He doesnt posses the sell on value because he's not 19 or 20 but I think he'll prove to be our best signing.

 

Did anybody else know that we sent Blackman on loan to Caley?

 

I dont know why people are always happy or unhappy about a signing before they've played and settled in. Gee the * a bit of time to actually kick a ball a couple of times

Must mean that Lennon rates Joe Chalmers as good backup to Izaguirre.

Blackman needed regular gametime too so hopefully he'll have a good season at ICT.
